Deepest Apologies for those who went to the survey page and were redirected to the store. Not our intention. The invisible dragon in the internet decided to pick on a few browsers with our link. We believe in providing great customer service and want you to know we are trying to make it right… we want your feedback.

With the help of our amazing customers who sent us email, we have come to this conclusion. This redirect has mostly  happened on Windows Machines using Internet Explorer and Chrome. The weird thing is some worked. Windows machines using other browsers (I.E. Firefox) have worked successfully.

Of course, we have only one instance on  Apple OS X machines, they seem to be working fine.
